I was looking around Beaumont Center for a quick lunch and decided to dive into El Chico.
The bartender was extremely pleasant; the beer was cold and the price reasonable. I ordered a lunch special Taco salad and thought it to be very good.

Liked the chips served as the snack- not greasy or heavy feeling in gut. Had an avocado and spinach enchilada which was tasty. My friend had a salad with chicken slices and he said it was just okay.
I would go there again....

We ate here after going on the Bourbon Trail. The fresh guacamole made at the table is wonderful. We had an assortment of tacos that were made with really fresh ingredients and served up nicely. The taste and variety were very good. Service was good. We would certainly eat here again.

I have eaten at this restuarant several times, and every experience has been GREAT! I love the authentic mexican dishes, and the service is wonderul. The servers are pleasant and friendly and are always smiling. This is a good place for a date night or family dinner out.
