Dr Marcus although a sweet kind man can be hurtful with words sometimes.
He doesn't really understand that people with diseases like Crohns and UC aren't always rich or full of reasources so he demand unrealistic goals from you. From going to hospitals on a hope they will do surgery, and gets upset when a surgery can't be confirmed so you have to put work first. That would me one issue as he is...

Wonderful experience! Appointment was made without issue - they followed up to confirm the date.

Efficient front office. They ran on time and processed me quickly. I was called in before I could even finish my forms. Incredible consultation with Dr. Marcus' PA prior to procedure - she was very thorough and didn't miss a thing.

I was required by the receptionist to make an appointment to see Dr. Marcus for the first time prior to colonoscopy. When I arrived at the office, I had a consultation with his staff instead (without prior knowledge), and was charged as if I had seen the physician.
