This practice is quite rigid about billing, even when there is an insurance or HRA issue that simply needs to be worked out. When I meet a physician of any specialty the first thing I look for is how they conduct him/herself. Dr. Craig has excellent bedside manners, is thorough and explains what's going on and what needs to be done. He puts anyone who has "dentistphobia" to ease.

Dr. Lazenby is NYU's Psych Director of Emergency Response. As an NYU student I reported that one of their staff members was mentally unstable - she failed to response and dismissed me - he took his life shortly after. In a followup phone call, she showed no remorse for her actions or colleague's death and verbally accosted me.
