Ed arrived at the agreed time and surveyed my problem. He tried very hard to correct it the least expensive and simplest way but it was not possible. We agreed on more extensive work to be done the following day. He was extremely accommodating on the time and did an excellent job.

He arrived on time, and explained what was happening. He noticed that our drain was from the 60's and recommended changing the trap. We agreed on the work and he installed the new trap, cleared the clog and was done in no time.
Good quality work.
Good customer service.
Prompt timing.
