The staff is usually friendly and knowledgeable, with the exception of a chubby female cashier who tends to have a snotty attitude and gives sarcastic answers - one time I was buying bed bug spray there, and she went out of her way to tell me that she considers all people who have bed bugs to be 'dirty'. …

They have excellent service and knowledge of products.prices are very competitive, they are very friendly. the prices are reasonable and the are very professional. We were not sure what we wanted, they took the time to go over several different options with us until we decided exactly what we wanted.
