Originally, I called them last year to obtain a quote for my two big oriental rugs in the living room. Then finally I decided it was about time to get them cleaned so to my surprise when I called them after almost a year they still had the note with the quote from last year and remembered what we had talked about. Remarkable, that's all I can write. Nevertheless the rugs arrived back from their plant spotless. Very happy with their services.

My three area rugs from Nepal were cleaned by Eco Carpet Service, and the results were superior to the other rug cleaners I used in the past. Joe explained me the entire procedure and price over the phone. When they picked up the rugs they did not charge me an extra cent over the quote given to me over the phone. That's remarkable in today's world. Most companies tend to mislead and overcharge their clients, not this company. Inspiring service.

Before they picked up my two tribal rugs, they explained me in detail the cleaning procedure, price, and expectations. After they delivered the rugs I was surprised at how good the rugs were looking. Also a nice touch was the fabric protector. Now I know that the protector has more than one benefit, like sun fade resistance.

This company exceeded my expectations in every way. You can definitely tell that making clients happy is their number one priority. The very friendly technician was on time and was very knowledgeable and hard-working. He got up spots I was certain were a lost cause and did a fabulous job. As a self-employed person, I am very focused on service. I give good service and unfortunately, I am often disappointed in the level of service provided by many companies these days. This was certainly not the case with Eco Carpet Service. I'm certain they don't have many customers invoke their 100% Money...

I just wanted to write a few words of praise about Eco Carpet Service. The technician who came at our house was very polite, explained to us every single detail regarding the rug cleaning procedure, and then he gave us even a free gift. That was a nice touch, but I was even happier when he returned with the oriental rug super clean, fluffy and shinning. The colors on the rug are amazing again. It is like I gave them a used rug and they returned with a brand new one back. This is what I call a truly good service.
