FRIENDLY STAFF

THE STAFF were friendly and were always willing to help. The location was very accessible to the Grand Central T station. Benjamin steak house was a plus tho we didnt have dinner there.... the breakfast was awesome ....We decided to have breakfast again the following morning.

Underwhelming at best

Chose this spot as we were looking for a GCT area boutique hotel. The pictures on line were very misleading. The common areas were cool. The room was awful. Bed uncomfortable. Pillows undersized and terrible. The bathroom was tiny with ultra low fixtures. First time here and will not return.

Great hotel and some of the best customer service I have had in NYC

From the moment I arrived at The Dylan hotel I was met by very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately my room was not to be ready until 3pm (I should have noted the check-in times) but I was really impressed that the guy on reception quickly realized I had a problem with that :-) (I had some work calls).
