Do not take your car here for repairs. Took car in twice for warranty work, both times they did not know what they were doing. Car worse after their "repairs". Took car to Jack Kain Ford in Versailles, to have problems corrected, excellent service with quality work there.

Terrible service, have met with owner and service mgr, had to go to another dealer to make repair. Will never buy a vehicle from this dealer. Worst experience with service department I have ever had. Totally inept!

everything about them was great. Everybody needs to go buy and pay these folks a visit. visited the ford and chevy store in the same day was greeted kindley by the owner and several members off his sales staff. even though i didnt purchase here was please with the outstanding service. and kindness!!!
