Josh and the rest of the staff were wonderful. Josh made sure there were freshly baked cookies every day in the lobby. Gary the manager had a party every evening. The location was so convenient for everything we wanted to do. Great value!

Very nice small hotel in Tribeca

Close to subway lines. Nice restaurants in immediate area, plus Whole Foods. Walking distance to water and parks.

Great Tribeca location

Great location for Tribeca and Soho, boutique hotel, well appointed room - get a superior if you can as regular rooms can be small. Only slight issue for us was the random housekeeping, easily remedied by helpful front desk, and not enough to stop us wanting to return. Manager's reception some nights was a nice touch , and overall the hotel staff make a real effort to be friendly.

Extremely tiny rooms

This hotel is extremely cramped and tiny. The hallways are small, people have to slide by each other like you're on an airplane. The rooms are some of the tiniest I've seen with hardly any space other than the bed. The bathroom counter space is non-existent and the mirror is hard to access (behind a door that takes up the whole bathroom), really hard to get ready for important meetings. The 2nd...
