Professional and friendly

I've been visiting Dream downtown alone twice and except from the cool rooms and a great rooftop I must say the service is AMAZING. There's an awesome guy called Joseph. He's at the service desk and he helped out with museums, restaurants, clubs, where I could get my watch fixed and best shopping around. Girls in the check-in is so sweet and the people recognized me a year later. Best staff...

Party hardy here!

This hotel is amazing for a partying New York experience. "take the elevators after the DJ booth" is not what you typically get advised when you check into a hotel. On the downside, there was a constant beat of the bass until the wee hours. It's fun when you're in it, less when trying to sleep! It would be far too easy to write the DREAM DOWNTOWN off as merely hip. This would be an oversight. What makes a stay at the DREAM so appealing is attention to detail, brilliant design and quality of service. Loved it!

We came for a Broadway play and dinner..location excellent to subway.So easy to go uptown and back. Tenzin and Lauren at desk were so nice and personable. Will tell friends and family and will definitely return.

The Dream Downtown was perfect for my friends and I in the middle of the Meatpacking District in NYC. We came to hang out in this neighborhood, and the hotel was the perfect springboard into nightlife with the PHD rooftop nightclub in the hotel and a nice hotel lobby bar.
