I love Dr. Greenbaum but the staff at the west Boynton office not so much. When you call and need something they are rude and impatient. They talk to you with little to no respect. I say they because I have had this experience with more than one person. I have had challenges refilling prescriptions because they could not schedule me exactly one year after the last appointment.
