DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! Not only did they show up an hour late with 2 vehicles instead of one for a late night flight to take our group, they did not take the midtown tunnel because they did not want to pay a $8 toll making our drive from JFK to Hoboken 4 hours as opposed to 1.5 hours. (which we obviously would have paid in a heartbeat) Additionally the driver did not pack the bags properly and a bag with fragile items fell out of the car when they opened the trunk and the items that were purchased internationally shattered. The company did not take any accountability for any of the above and continued to make statements saying it was my problem not theirs. They are horrible and are disrespectful!!!
Its was an urgent unexpected meeting and Downtown car were waiting for me in 10 min in front of my apartment. This business meeting were very important to me, I can say that driver really saved my time and were very professional about timing.
Downtown Limo always on time, they are around 15 min away from my location and mostly they reach on time, I can count on them and they offer my good price as always.
