My plane arrive late and I called the hotel and the staff was extremely patient with me. The clerk stayed on the phone with me until I was at the front gate. My room was nice I and would go back again.

Room was nice, bathroom clean but dated.
Complimentary cookies and water was a nice touch however the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel wasn't very clear so I ended up at the wrong Hilton.
