Everything that these reviews say about Murat is absolutely true -- he's incredibly knowledge and passionate about his rugs and he just couldn't be nicer or easier to deal with. He helped us select two rugs for our new apartment, and they are more beautiful and unusual than we had even hoped. (His associate Nur was also great to deal with -- she helped us when we first visited the store.)...
