I was very pleased, he went above and beyond what he even promised. He was very knowledgeable with a great work ethic. Attention to detail was amazing. He was able to diagnose it over the phone and gave us several options based on our budget and time constraints. He did everything the right way and best way. He is our plumber of preference!
