This is the second time I have dealt with Chris Culbertson and Ben Cordia. Each time was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I purchased my car back in 2014 and have all of my services done here but never again. All they ever do is apologize. My whole day was ruined do to them after I spent over $550 on services the day before. Do you think they offered a refund or partial refund? Noooooo they didn't. From here on out they'll only work on what's under warranty and I'll take my money elsewhere!!!??
