I have rented from this location a few times before and have always had courteous helpful service. The key drop off box is helpful in that you can drop off whenever you feel like. The savings vs Manhattan rentals is wonderful and They don't pressure you as other car rentals places do to purchase their collision …

They no longer allow one day weekend rentals, WTF? I am guessing this has to do with their new ownership. This new policy sucks and is very suburban! You're in a city in a major metropolitan area. I will never use Dollar again.
