As a follow up to my earlier comment with DW, the owner came to my house personally to resolve my complaint. He was exceptionally courteous and polite and made every reassurance to repair my window coverings or replace them if need be. The owner said my initial service request for repairs was mistakenly overlooked and he said their customer service program has been vastly improved as a result of my interaction with the company. In my opinion, the overall quality of the product is superior in the market place and a premium price is well justified – and I am happy to report that the customer...

Avoid this place and not worth the money

I spent over $3,000 on window coverings for my apartment. First, DW brought a different type of window covering that I ordered, then, the arrogant Israeli owner, Avi, tells me the type of covering delivered was ""better"" for my flat - despite being cheaper but trying to charge me the same amount. They then replaced the coverings and the new ones are strayed and do not fit well. After more than a year, the roll up blinds do not work at all. I called to have them serviced and the service crew told me the coverings were installed with incorrect springs. The service crew tells me to call HQs...
