Direct Carpet installed my wood flooring which cost 3200.00 12/15/14. I called them over a dozen times to come back and fix the problem which he never showed up for the scheduled appointment. Very undependable would not recommend.

Whatever you do check prices from several other carpet places before using Direct Carpet. I feel they extremely over charge their customers and they do not deliver what they promise.

too all.. buyer beware i went to direct carpet at 612 manor rd staten island ny.. to buy a carpet for one small room.I contacted the merchant the same day and he would not cancel the order. He told me he didnt care what the rason was I was stuck with the carpet. I explained my wife was allergic to carpet. The following day I called there agian and they told me they didnt care and I would be stuck with the carpet. The merchant was was rude and hung up on me.

don't recommended buy new carpet from this guy, he is unreliable and does not complet his work. I am very frustrated by this. Please don't use his services.
