This restaurant is one that I frequent for our weekend dim sum destination. The only reason really being that the next decent spot without venturing off to the city is about a half an hour away....

Shark Fin. There is no shark Fin in any shark Fin soup in America. it is all artifical, the name remains because of the historical connection and it is a little shocking.
