They were mean to my fiance... I just wanted the ring for our marriage to be perfect since we will only be having one. Anyways; rude people and they were very stuck up because I didn't ask for Van Cleef or whatever they were called.

So rude! I called to inquire about a wedding ring and the guy was so short and rude to me and rushing me. No customer service skills at all and seemed like he had a stick up his butt! UGH

I saw this amazing vintage Art Deco bracelet on their website and knew I had to have it. Reminded me of something out of one of those glamorous Old Hollywood movies… really gorgeous. I called them to set an appointment for viewing the bracelet and was so happy when I saw it in their downtown office. It was just as beautiful as it looked online, and their description was totally accurate. And I knew I was getting a really special piece of jewelry for a decent price. If you see something on their website that you like, it’s definitely worth calling them. They have so many amazing pieces!
