In July 2013, I was riding my bike in the bright green bike lane on Clinton Street in Brooklyn Heights when a big Destination pickup swerved into my lane. I tapped the side of the truck twice to let him know I was there.
Driver: HEYYYY!!! YOU HIT MY TRUCK, I HIT YOU!!!!
Me: YOU ALREADY ALMOST DID, YOU IDIOT!! YOU'RE IN MY F^@ING LANE!
Driver: F*&# YOUUUUUU!!!
You'd expect that I'd give them the lowest rating possible, but I'm going with 2 stars because they probably do good work: clearly they value auto bodies more than anything else, including the lives of other people on the road.

I am from out of town I reside in Florida. My car was recently in an accident and I was amazed how quickly it was finished they did a great job!!
Did good work, but took forever- almost a month! Not good in my book.
