Staff is almost always rude and the food could be A LOT better. Go to Nip and Sip for this type of food. It will cost more but at least you won't feel like smacking the cashier and you won't be hovered over the john praying for death later.
We had the worst experience here and because of that we will never go to another Denny's anywhere. THe air conditioner did not work, we waited for 20 minutes for a waiter then he didnot bring our salads and when we asked for them he just gave us a terrible look then our food was brought out cold and raw I asked for a manager and was told there was not one in the building. The service is what I have a problem digesting. Most of the times that I have visited, the service was to slow. One time, I had to go get my own dinner off of the serving window. I also had to get my own refills. I believe the majority of the problem stems from the lack of hiring enough people to serve customers. But this time, the fault lies in the hands of the waitress, she did not care!!!!!
