Defiance Studios is Lexington's only alternative fitness and dance studio!  We offer pole fitness classes at all skill levels, for both women and men, aged 18 or older, along with pole strength & conditioning and aerobic pole classes.

Hoop dance and cardio hoop is also available at Defiance studio for ages 12 and up.
