This contractor did not return as scheduled to finish the work he started. I made the mistake of paying him on his first visit. The quality of his work was poor, and he left a mess for me to clean up. He did not show as scheduled for the follow-up visit, nor did he return my phone call. Jamie called promptly after we submitted our project proposal on HomeAdvisor. He happened to be in the area and arrived promptly. There were a few hiccups in the project: the replacement ballast we purchased wasn't the exact model in the existing light fixture, but Jamie was able to talk us through everything and come up with a solution. Our previously unlit hallway now has light.
