Dave came in and removed the carpet as arranged for but he did NOT remove the staples on the floor. thus, i have many long SHARP staples protruding thru my floor that i've cut my foot on. i've exchanged 3 emails with him since asking him to come by to remove the staples, but he hasn't followed thru more than a month.
he left a dissatisfied customer here.

Excellent experience. They were professional in all ways and were priced fairly. Came and estimatied my job, scheduled it promptly and completed it exactly as they specified and to my complete satisfaction.
