We stayed here 4 nights for my husband's work. We came here from Wisconsin. We were recommended to stay here by Ducati North America. This place is a gem of a hotel. We were greeted by the night manager Alex on our first night, he was so kind to us when we arrived. We arrived 3 hours later than expected...

Very disappointing...pictures do not match the actual property

My room was not clean, scum accumulation in sink and bathtub. Could not get the shower to turn on and stay on. Surfaces were sticky. Elevator was broken. The worst was the noise from other guests all night. Looks old, tired and in need of better management. Over priced. We dreaded going back to hotel so we stayed out late...
