Donnie at Cross Heating & Air Conditioning was very helpful when my heat pump recently went out. He was informative in helping me choose the right model for my situation.

Great service , great price !!! The guys at cross heating and air worked very quickly to get my heating system fixed during one of the coldest weeks in KY history .My heat went out on Tuesday and I had a new carrier unit installed by them on Wednesday .Very professional and really worked to take care of my home as if it was their own. Highly recommended !!
