Perfect Spot to Stay in Detroit

We were in town for the Rams/Lions game and, as Rams fans, weren't sure where to stay. Our major requirement was that it was near Ford Field. We were very pleased with the Courtyard Detroit Downtown.

We went to a concert and went out afterwards so we didn't get back until late only to discover we had no heat in our room. We called the front desk and they did nothing for us. The room was 65 all night and never got warmer (too cold for me!). They didn't move us and didn't even offer to...
