Hotel room was very nice. My concern was the parking and the fee. Parking spaces were very limited. The price you pay for parking should reflect available spaces not try to fit the car in a reserve space and hope it is not towed away. Perhaps the hotel can make a deal with parking garage next door.

No heat and there was bed bugs

When I tried to check in it took the staff at the desk over 15 minutes to find my confirmation. The room was cold and when I called to report about the lack of heat the lady told me to adjust the thermostat that didn't work.
