The hotel was nice and clean. We had a total of 4 rooms booked. Service at the front desk was awesome, but we were disappointed with the lack of service unloading our cars. 2 employees of the hotel (including 1 manager) watched us as we struggled to unload 7 people (4 kids) and several bags from our truck. Can't beat the easy walk to Disney which made coming back to the hotel in the middle of the hot afternoon to cool off in the water slides and pool just perfect.
