The front desk is a horror. They are no help in getting pre-approval, trying to get a refund from them is impossible. The front desk has an attitude and is incompetent. Avoid this Dr at all costs!

I have gone to Dr. Buchbinder for 30 years, since developed allergic rhinitis. She is a very kind and knowledgeable doctor. She always takes her time to examine you and answer questions after the exam in her office. She has a stellar reputation and a lot of experience.

Don't even bother. Office is dated, not clean and run like a clinic. When they answer the phone, available appointment window to see any physician is worse than bankers hours. Geldwerts arrogance overshadows any expertise. Sorry...there are more qualified more attentive surgeons. Never again.
