Company installed a brand new system in my home for $4000. Four years later the system leaked out all of its refrigerant. The owner came out and had to resolder a line that came loose because his original solder job from the install failed. Evidentally his poor craftsmanship is my problem because he charged me $335. $60 of that was just to pull in my drive. By the way, his van left an oil...

Countryside, well I must say I am very disappointed in my experiance with this people. first off they are contracted through my home warranty of my house i recently purchased and had my condensor fan for the A/C lock up on me in the middle of the night. The technician was late to begin this whole thing...i mean they give you a time they should be close and if running late call, but was told he doesn't get paid for his minutes used on his cell phone.I mean i have to go to work as well. then said he had to go back to his office and call it into the warranty co. and get approval, then they...
