Made a service list twice; not all items on service lost taken care of. Parts took too long to come in and more importantly the customer, in this case myself , was never notified of the car status. After calling on three different occasions still no word on other parts and services requested. Authorized services like tinting or seat upholstery never completed. AC still not blowing cold and now...
