I had just gotten a computer and the hard drive crashed. HP did not have the recovery media that I needed so they referred me to Computer Surgeons. They had the recovery, and once I purchased a new hard drive my computer was up and going again. Thank you!

Thanks for the excellent instructions! I followed them step by step and everything worked! Frankly, with my medium computer knowledge, I considered tehis Recovery Kit a financial "gamble", but I had ALREADY put out more money than you requested. I am amazed that I have a "brand new" computer (obviously an older model!) and all the accessory stuff that originally came with it!
