I called these guys for help with my computer, not only was I hung up on, but they couldn't have been ruder! I went into there "location" on a saturday and had to be let in at the door, escorted into a dark basement that looked like a bomb went off... and then was overcharged because I wanted the work done right away!! You can tell fake reviews when you see them. The only reviews i believe are the bad ones, and now I understand. If you don't believe me call them, or have a look for yourself. Another huge redflag - type in CR Computer repair in the search for a business, see how many ads they have! Very Unprofessional!
I needed my computer fixed ASAP for school. CR was able to fix it the very next day, I will use them again.
I went to them expecting to pay few hundred dollars, I was surprised when the rep told me it will cost less than half of what i thought. I went to a different company they told me it was a motherboard problem when in fact the rep at cr computers told me it was a power supply issue. I am grateful they did the right thing and i will recommend anyone to use this company.
I called this guy to ask a question about a screen and he first answered the phone having a conversation with someone else.
