We have been completely dissatisfied with the service from Complete Home Concepts. The serviceman came out to service our fireplace and the fireplace was broken again within a week. When we asked for the serviceman to return, they told us they would charge us again and would need not be able to send anyone out for quite some time.

Called them after being ignored by another company for over a week. They responded within 2 days and had our fireplace fixed in 20 minutes. Dan the repairman was fast, friendly and efficient.

This company serviced our gas fireplaces and installed a fan in one of them. They arrived exactly when they said they would and the work was excellent. Definitely would recommend them.
