Chi nail work is wonderful but I wanted a fill in and she would not do it she rushed me off by saying they didn't need filled in yet when they do . I had to wait 2 hours and she let people go ahead of me. ThAt wasn't right . Her customer service sucks and the man didn't massage my other foot on pedicure.chi said I do good job on ur nails they don't need much work I was so mad I just left

This place doesn't deserve 4.5 stars.. they might do a good job but if the customer service sucks the service in all SUCKS, especially when the owner Chi is the one with poor customer service......

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR SURE!!!!! I have been going to this place for years and have always had mediocre experiences. My favorite nail tech was the owner Chi. She does an excellent job on my nails (pink & white) and is very fast at what she does.
