they have the best soups! and cookies! the food is always super fresh and thoughtfully prepared. like if you get the tuna salad big salad, they put the tuna in a little red cabbage leaf so it doesn't drip all over everything. or if you get the fruit cup, all the fruit is carefully selected, like if you made a fruit salad for yourself. i guess it is kinda pricey though.
one of my favorite lunch places in tribeca. delicious sandwiches and soups with fresh herbs and ingredients. a bit on the pricey side but it feels like they put a lot of care into the food. well worth the wait on the lunch line which moves pretty quickly because they have a figured out a system. the cowboy cookies are great -- yummy chunks of chocolate with oatmeal bits.
