The sales people are not honest

I would never use this company again. They delivered my tiles late. Then they delivered the wrong color of tiles. The sales person tried to convince me to intall the tiles, knowing that if I installed them there was no way I could get a refund or change the tiles. She did this so she could make try to make her comission for the end of the month. I would go to Ann Sachs or find a tile company with honest, reputable sales people with integrity. This company is sloppy and does not stand behind their mistakes. Buy from them at your own risk.
