No contact was made by staff, as promised. Our loved one's body was cremated, and now I live with never being given...

I had to go to a funeral here yesterday, and I can only say: it was a horrible experience. I'm not sure what this place aims to be, but I felt like I was in a disorganized circus. There should have been visible employees here directing people, but I saw none. The room where the visititation was held was barely able …
