How exactly is it right that a person can be fined for littering if they throw something on the ground yet the trash collection can leave 2 entire trash bags on the street after collection (that started in the cans) and that's ok because they are not allowed out of their truck? My trash man Is sorry I have had to replace my can numerous times paying for them and this is my brand new one today they are not cheap and the ones they give you I feel my tax money pays for as well.

Why are you guys spraying brine on bridges when it is in the 50s and no chance of snow or ice in the near forecast? Way to waste time, money, and kill cars with rust causing salt spray. Good job keep up the good work!
