Didn't like the inconvenience of not having access to my funds for 30 days after deposit, didn't like that they're closed on Saturday, didn't like that there was minimal help transferring my IRA....

The employees here have always been wonderful. Even when I must have been frustrating for them. Not fond of the corporation as a whole--I thought I'd change banks when they took over regional Glendale Fed--but the service here keeps me with them.
