Horrible wait times, rude staff, and they still were not able to fix or replace my phone. Went to another corporate store and was in and out in 15min. Go to any other ATT store other than this one!

i set an appt i still wait 25 to 35 min and yet i see 2 or 3 employees not looking like they are doing much.
