went and watched tintin in 3D. they didn't have a regular version showing so i had to see that one. no military discount for the 3D movie either. they have some cute girls working there so it made the wait in line better. they are already ripping us off at the box office so i don t see a reason to rip us off at the snack stand. always bring my own snacks. other than the high prices the theater...

To the previous reviewer: The thing about 3D is that it ALWAYS costs a premium so the admission will cost more. That's why I stick with 2D along with the fact that I think if you wear 3D glasses for too long your vision will eventually be affected. Check before you pay for a show to see if it's the 3D version (doesn't even have to be IMAX just Cinemark's regular showings) or the regular...

Went with my son to see Harry Potter part 2 in 3D ... just plain 3D. They charged an extra $3 and it wasn't the Imax 3D either (wonder what they milked out of that one). When you're low-income and your kid wants to see something like this it would be nice to know before hand that it would come to $8.95 plus the extra $3 for a total of $11.95 per adult (my son is disabled but an adult)....
