Been here 2 years. Nice place great amenities. Very good maintenance staff. Quiet safe place to live. Dog friendly and close to Kroger and awesome shops. It is a bit pricey. That is a downfall.

Great quiet place to live. Maintenance is great and amenities are great. Dog friendly and roomy for 700 sq ft. No crime is located on a dead end road and Kroger and shops next door. Too pricey for a one bedroom.

This community is close to everything. I can walk to the grocery store but am still in a neighborhood. There are several parks within walking distance. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful and any maintenance I have need has been handled efficiently and quickly. Beautiful landscaping and I love the pool and the dog park! I am very happy here!

Chinoe Creek apartments operates as if they consider their tenants and their pets to be, well, human. Great pool, great parks, and fair rent make for very happy residents. The staff are so friendly and make sure all problems are quickly solved. We love our neighbors, the convenience of the location, and our cozy apartment!
