I bought the yelp deal. Still way too expensive, maybe it's because I have a shaggy rug. They did a very good job cleaning. Quoted me too high at first because I thought my rug was bigger than expected. They very quickly requoted, but still pretty pricey. Said my rug would take 7 days to remove clean and return, but they returned it in 5 days which is much faster! Overall, they did their job well.

Chem-Dry of NYC did a sofa cleaning for me. I wasn't there when they did the actual cleaning, which is why I rated them around a four overall. But, the results on the sofa were great. As far as setting an appointment, their service was easy to schedule and had a quick turnaround time. They were also pleasant on the phone. I would recommend them.

ChemDry cleaned several rugs, couches and carpets.
Everything looks like new.
They were prompt and professional and took great care to ensure everything was cleaned up when they were finsihed. I highly recommend ChemDry.
