my partner and i stayed at the chelsea savoy on our fall vacation! we were very satisfied withe the hotel, employees and location of the hotel!! we would like to stay there again on our next vacation to nyc!

Just because you may make reservations at this hotel does not mean you are going to get the rate you are promised when you get there.
We made reservations 3 months in advance and when we arrived at the hotel the rates were way more than we were told and the staff was not the least bit friendly and called us liars.

It wasn't the Sherry-Netherland but at these prices who could complain! I can't believe the rates are still the same as 2001.
