I upgraded to 4 stars following the owner's reaching out to me. I always apprecitate when businesses take steps to improve their service. If I will be moving again I will definitely give them another chance.

This storage space ended up being a great deal since we had to have one. It's a bit out of the way if you're a NYer without a car - especially if you're carrying things; it's a good 3 avenues and some blocks to the subway. Great staff at the front desk.
