Want to fax something, the waiting time is more than 20 minutes even though there is only one more person before Pros: there is a drive through chase atm, parking is enough Cons: low efficiency

Wanted to discuss my account details and apply for Home Loan. I went to bank on March 28 afternoon. The Indian lady at the bank was way too distracted to even talk to me. I don't want to name her. This is not the first time. I felt bad and went to Bank of America next to it. I felt welcomed and valued at BOA. I will never go back to chase.
